Obilnaja (CJ)

Cultivar of Russian origin (Crimea).  A plant with spreading growth, precocious fruit bearing and good vegetative vigour.  Roundish fruit, medium sized, with pruinose.  Pinkish-violet fruit with orange coloured flesh, quite firm and therefore good for transport and processing. Despite being an early cultivar, it is actually harvested just a few days before the Goccia d'oro (Shiro), 4-8th July. Semi-freestone.
